  • So I decided to give this place another chance today. It has been 6 months since I've been there last. My box broke so I was close . I told the lady I wanted something just like what I had. And I checked everything out I could and before I left I asked her if it came with a charger. She told me it would be extra. So I said I was good. I got home and i realized again the joke is on me. There is no where for me to plug in. I realize most people who vape may like to charge their own batteries as they assume. But if my unit gets low I like the option of plugging in and smoking as it charges. Why did the lady tell me the charger is extra if you can't even plug in a charger. To the owner of Hi-tech vapor you have twice missed your chance to serve my wife and i. And now rather than selling me something I really wanted. Your salespeople got over on me . I spoke to the lady there . But when I called . The man was expecting my call. He already knew my issue. Shame on you. Why not just make customers happy.
