  • We have been coming to this Best Buy Mobile for the past 3-4 years now and I keep forgetting to leave my review. The customer service is awesome in comparison to the actual Verizon retail. Courtney, Nick and another employee (which I am not remembering his name) have always gone above and beyond In regards to assisting my family's mobile phone needs. And if it's something that they can't do- they will explain how to accomplish what ever you need to do very politely. I referred my mother to come here since she has also received not the greatest customer service at the various local Verizon retail store in the valley. she has now been coming here as well. I will continue to come here. Thank you!
