| - Due to some health complications, I was referred to Dr. Bohman as my total OB early in my first pregnancy. The level of care you receive at this office is astounding. The nurses are compassionate and lively, and, while I only ever saw Dr. Bohman for my weeklies, there were a couple of times where I had to call the nurses line and was redirected to one of the doctors and received he same high level of care. All of my concerns were listened to and addressed during my appointments, and so much time and effort was put into each of my visits. It also helps that everyone there has a good sense of humor when you have to lay on a table with gel on your belly (which is warmed, by the way, and I can't say that for all offices!). These people truly care about you and your baby. Sometimes the wait times were long, sometimes they were normal, sometimes there was no wait at all. Everything depends on the day; if you aren't a regular in their office and you happen to catch a day with a longer wait, be assured that it's not always like that. If there's a wait, there's a reason. It's because each of the other patients there that day are getting the same level of care that you want, and at a perinatologist office, things are going to come up. They take their time, and you'll be given the same benefit - not just some doctor who is in and out in a flash. The rooms are big, clean, well-decorated, and the lights are dimmed nicely, which plays in well with the environment. I loved this office so much that I was actually excited to come back for my second pregnancy...and will be back for my next one!
