  • I have been trying for six months to find someone to help me replace a motor that burned out on my Culinary Institute of America Vita-Mix Professional Series machine that is less than two years old.! The motor burned out and we only used it once a week. Corporate has ignored all of my calls, and there is real no remedial action available to buyers, just see a review by another purchaser below. This is an outrage considering the cost. I would like to spread the word that this is not a consumer friendly company if I cannot even pay to get my machine fixed, when it fact for the price I paid I should have a 5 year warranty! What a HUGE disappointment.
