I have been truly impressed with the business John has built not only as a real estate agent but as an entrepreneur. It's wonderful to find a quality realtor but even better to find someone who is pioneering something completely new. The Gluch Group has managed to combine the personal touch of having one dedicated professional serving your needs with the efficiency and expertise of a team of specialists. I LOVE the idea of having a whole team of people ready and waiting to show me homes that I'm interested in seeing so that I don't miss out on the best deals while I wait around for my realtor to get back from vacation or his day off. Things are competitive in Phoenix right now and I want to be assured that I am a priority to my agent and I know the Gluch Group is set up well to ensure thats exactly what happens.
