  • Buddy V's is a great Vegas strip experience. The Brunch is fantastic , and a window seat for people watching is a fun way to chill out while you sample their unlimited drink option. We tried the sangria with brandy and fresh fruit, the pomegranate mimosa, and the Bloody Mary with a full condiment station. All were superlative, we sampled them over and over. The brunch is done buffet style but with small trays that are refilled frequently. The antipasto/charcuterie table is outstanding we selected a great blue cheese variant, prosciutto, shrimp, focaccia and cheesy bread. The chef's corner entrees were fantastic, the standouts were the mac n' cheese carbonara, Sunday eggs, and crepes with in-house whipped cream and an amazing compote that was entirely comprised of fresh berries. The carving station had delicious sausages and a sumptuous slab bacon that was more like pork belly. At most brunch buffets the deserts are so-so but this is the cake boss's place so they were all incredible the exceptional items were the cannoli, zeppoli, and Italian cookies platter. The service was friendly and accommodating regardless of how busy the restaurant became.
