  • Leasing office staff is slow to respond. They have entered my apt. without written consent twice, at least the ones that I know of. Phone calls are rarely answered. The building at this property has very poor sound insulation, every step upstairs makes is heard downstairs. Have been living here for 3 months, over all a negative experience both in the quality of apartment and the leasing staff.
