  • Reason for my five star rating - based on the coat check girls! Shout out to Sophia and the management. My daughter lost her ticket for the coat check, and the girls on shift Saturday night were great about reassuring me they would do their absolute best to make sure her coat would be there the next day. They were true to their word - and when she emailed management on Sunday, they told her to come in and pick up her coat! Kudos to you. You have a tough job - and you did it exceptionally well!
