This is the location I usually go to and really only have had poor service once or twice however this occasion I was getting infuriated. It was very busy but I observe closely and waited a good 1/2 hr after they got my name and I asked him how much longer because there was no one else waiting and I noticed the ones that came after me already were serviced. I am wondering if the service is based on the wants/ needs of the customer and if it was $. My service was not but that should be based on that. He found no urgency whatsoever and it irritated me even more with no explanation. He's in customer service really. I had seen him there before and I don't like how he treats customers at all. It almost makes me not want to come to this ridiculous location. His customer service pales in comparison to most of his colleagues there that go above and beyond . I don't remember his name ( Carlos?) but I just recall him being of Latino descent that's about it. He needs training in customer service - grrrr. Luckily, I'm glad he irritated me because I found better service elsewhere.
