I went with to the store to by my elderly father a simple flip phone, the kind he likes. After I bought it and checked out, I looked at the receipt as I was walking to my car and noticed that I was charged an extra $20 for a $75 phone. When I walked back inside asked about it, the associate who helped me (Andre Pitts) was very dismissive and rude. He told me to call customer service if I wanted it removed because it's an automatic charge if I buy a phone at their store. Had I known that (and he should have told me before I checked out), I would have purchased the phone online. He should have told me that there would be this charge before I bought it and had a better attitude when I asked him about it.
