This place is a well kept community centre. There are a lot of equipment available on the second floor. It's split in 3 sections.
One for cardio, which is full of treadmills, elliptical, biking station, and stair master. TVs are station in front so you can keep yourself occupied if you didn't bring your own music.
Two is the lifting area. There's squat racks and plenty of room for barbell exercises. There's a number of workout benches for dumbbell workout routines. Problem is that after dinner on a weekday, this place is full. High school and university swarm this place around 8:00pm to 10pm, so avoid it if you can otherwise you'll be waiting forever.
Three is the class area. They have yoga and step class here. I've attended the step class twice before and it is intense.
This location has a lot of other things to offer, such as a swimming pool and classes. You'll have to look it up ahead of time and register. I don't see myself going to another gym any time soon.
