  • Mareve has been awesome to work with-the management team here is a great resource. They won't steer you wrong, the prices are reasonable and there's absolutely no way The Enclave can be worse than Onnix or San Marbeya. I was introduced to the maintenance staff and welcomed warmly when applying and looking around. Tempe is not for me but if you need to be near ASU and shopping, this complex has nice shaded trees and I haven't seen any shady characters. The same can not be said about other complexes in the area. Mareve will answer all questions you may have and will keep a look out for great rates. It seems that they are fully occupied and I can see why. Would recommend first and foremost if you're seeking an apartment with in this radius! They know and vet their tenants, are very professional, know federal fair housing laws and follow their contract.
