  • I was hopeful I would experience the great customer service everyone else harps about but I called last night to make an appointment for a tech to go out to a property to repair the door and opener. No show! Called and spoke with a man who said he didn't see it on the calendar, that I spoke with the Boss to make the appointment and he "must have forgotten to write it down". Ugh. Now I have an insecure garage door for ANOTHER day. Not cool.
