  • We've been a few times and while I like the beer selection and the patio is a gem, the food service is absolutely awful. Every time we've been, the food has been messed up in one way or another and the most recent experience was the last straw. When we arrived, we were told to get our food order in right away as the kitchen was "backed up" which is never a good way to start. My wife ordered the grilled cheese and it actually came without any cheese!. When we finally found a server, she said she'd look into it and I asked for cutlery and ketchup which she said she'd get. fast forward 20 minutes and still no cuttlery, grilled cheese or ketchup so, I asked for the manager, he basically said i was the 50th person tonight to complain about the service and that the owners needed to close and get the kitchen fixed. I could tell he was trying but he was at the end of his rope, as were the rest of the staff. We waited another ten minutes and walked out to find better food and service elsewhere. Honestly guys, you've got a great summer patio but if the food and service are this bad, you'll be gone by the end of the summer.
