  • I went in trying to get a used Tundra they had on the lot but we couldn't work out a deal for the one I wanted. My SP Hashem and his manager Steve asked if I was interested in a new Tundra which of course I would be if the price was right. We worked out a deal that was good for me and a few days later I went in to get my new truck and close out the paperwork. Now up to this point they were all great to deal with and the customer service was on point. However, while finishing up my paperwork, Justin (finance Dept.) informed me that they should finish prepping my truck about the same time we would be done which was perfect since I had to get back to work. So once done with the paperwork part, I was waiting about 30-45 minutes but no truck, I asked another sales rep (Jerry) if they could check on where my truck was and how much longer it would be. He came back and told me the guys were running a bit behind and that it was next in line. Another 45 minutes go by...no truck, I now ask the sales manager Steve to check on it, he tells me their almost done with it and it should be any minute. After another 45-60 minutes go by I'm now getting extremely pissed because I'm seeing people that came in after me get their new cars and leave, Jerry comes up to me to tell me they are just now getting on it because the truck somehow made it's way to the window tint people (never ordered tint). So this tells me that the 2 people I asked to check on where the truck was basically lied to my face, it's obvious they never went to see where the truck was. After this, Steve tells me he's sorry for the mishap and offered me a free tank of gas for the delay. A free tank of gas after waiting 2-1/2 - 3 hours for them to get me my truck. Now, while I'm grateful for the free tank of gas, I would rather of had them tell me the truth from the get go and not try to BS me like some idiot. I have to take the truck back in at 5000 miles for it's initial check up, hopefully that will go a lot smoother and quicker.
