We recently took my parents to Las Vegas for their 37th anniversary. We stayed at the Bellagio, went to see the incredible show O and had dinner at Prime. Mind you my parents do not get out much and this was a special occasion that we wanted to be special and enjoyable. The show was amazing the hotel was beautiful however dinner at Prime was not a good experience to put it politely. My mother's steak came out like shoe leather. My sister ordered the lamb medium well and that came out like shoe leather. The service was just as bad. Once the food was served, the waiter never returned to check on us. We had to catch the show so we were on a time crunch. The next day my mother called the restaurant and explained what happened and they said to leave a name and number and they would check the ticket and get back to her. We are still waiting. We are not complainers but again wanted this special occasion to be a nice experience and the restaurant did not try and correct the situation. The lack of customer service is what is most disappointing, not typical for a nice hotel in Vegas.
