  • Really disappointed with this place. Took my car here on recommendation from my insurance company, and after having excellent repairs done by another Caliber location in CA I was expecting great work. They did not live up to that expectation. When we dropped off the car the first time, we mentioned there was not just cosmetic damage, the car was pulling to the side and there was also damage to a wheel. We got a call saying it was ready, I asked if they checked on the driving issues. They said no. Then they called back a few days later and said they did an alignment and now everything was fine. I hesitantly picked up the car because I knew there was more damage and it had been aligned before but the problem persisted. One hubcap fell off the first day we got it and the bumper was still cracked. We dropped it off last Thursday for repair on the bumper and it took them a week to fix it because they messed up a second time and forgot to reinforce it so they had to do it yet again. So it took 4 weeks to fix just cosmetic damage and none of the driving issues have been fixed. These people are seriously incompetent, take forever, and not even apologetic when they mess up. I paid $500 deductible and wasted a month and still have a car with driving issues. Nice!
