  • I'm giving this a 2 star mostly because the staff are pretty nice and helpful and they usually do a pretty ok job on my son's hair. I've had my hair cut there 3 times now and was disappointed each time. Uneven layers, poor face shaping, etc. I recently went in to get my hair washed and simple styled (no updo just dried and simple beach waves). She ended up giving me a look that was extremely stiff and didn't resemble any breach wave look I've ever seen. I literally looked like she took a crimper and crimped my hair! All of it! My hair is shoulder length so I basically looked like I was trying to pull off an 80s fro look. I had to go to an out of town wedding and had literally no time to redo or fix it. So yeah lesson learned I guess. If you go, bring a picture with you of exactly what you want and leave yourself time to fix it if needed. Only bonus is she was really nice.
