  • After having the "BAIT AND SWITCH" tactic done to me at Peoria Ford, where while I was signing papers to a '15 Escape, I noticed that they snuck in a lower engine than the one that I had test drove and said I wanted, I took my business to Eli at Bell Ford. I explained how upset I was, and both Eli and the manager did their best to put together the same vehicle at a great price. At Bell, there was no hanky panky going on.. I really think that JohnJay and Rich from Kissfm, who are constantly bragging about how great Peoria Ford is, should take their business elsewhere.. to BELL FORD.. Thanks Bell, you earned your stars!
