I left this establishment about 2 hours ago after being there for two hours with three children. I wouldn't be so disturbed with the experience if I did not receive a pre qualification that I submitted over their website. I do understand that they have to dig further into things with a pre qualification, however I honestly think that their pre qual is just another ploy to get you in the dealership. The salesman ,Javier who was very nice, had to ask me all the questions over again. Which I questioned but he did kinda stumbled through his answer. My credit has seen better days and that's why I went to Paul Blanco because all the commercials and other advertisements praise on them being able to get you financed and with the pre qualification that was accepted for up to $28,000. I thought "wow" they can get this deal done. But nope just another let down. So the point of my story is don't get to excited if you get a pre qualification because it might not work out and you will be just as disappointed as My children and I are right now. Boo-Hoo!!
And to Paul Blanco's owner maybe you should just stop the pre qualification because all it's going to do is hurt your business more when people like myself didn't get the car they need all because of a false hope in finance. If the form submitted said sorry can't do it at this time, I wouldn't have wasted my time or Javier's time. I am hoping he didn't miss out on another sale while he was waiting on my big fat "NO" Javier deserves a paycheck as well.
From a very sad family....
