  • We were just at this location for a few hours. A wonderful employee, who works at the specialist booth, spent at least an hour with us trying to find extreme heat/sun/drought tolerant plants for our south facing balcony. She, from her own experience, suggested we use Bayer Complete to help protect the tree and other shrubs and plants we purchased. After thanking her for all her wonderful help and thoroughly enjoying our lengthy trip, we stop by the pesticide/fertilizer aisle close to the front of the store to find what she recommended. To my surprise, the guy working that section, not only told me the lady, who spent an hour with us, did not know what she was talking about and insisted on suggesting another cheaper brand (we're talking pennies here) that didn't have both ingredients the Bayer Complete had and refused to help compare the two Bayer products I initially asked him about. Well, embarrassing my husband, I told him what I thought and dismissed him. I really wish I looked at his name tag, but I was so upset... I cannot possibly see this tall blonde dude having a green thumb at all. I'm just mentioning him so if you do see a tall blonde dude working the aisles inside, avoid him like the plague. Otherwise, totes 5 stars! Even the cashier was awesome, and adorbs! ^_^
