I have been here three times. Twice solo and once with my mother-in-law. Both times the experiences were just okay.
The first time, I came on a weekday during lunch. The place was empty. I was able to get both a manicure and pedicure in an hour. I liked the convenience and how quick the service was. My nails looked good and I loved that they used hot rocks during the pedicure. I told my mother-in-law about it and promised to take her.
The second time, I came on a Saturday around 2pm. They weren't that busy and told me to sit down in the pedicure chair. I sat there for 45 minutes before a nail tech came over to do my nails. However, I really liked the nail tech and thought she did a great job.
A few weeks ago, I finally took my mother-in-law. We went on a Saturday around 11am. The place was packed! A nail tech told us to write our names down and it would be roughly 45 minutes. So we walked next door to Ross. Well an hour goes by and we go back. The place is still packed and the same nail tech told us it would be about hour. I explained we were already on the waiting list and she told us 45 minutes previously. She apologized and said to pick out our colors. So we picked out our colors and waiting around probably another 20 minutes. Finally, we were seated for our pedicures. Another 30 minutes go by. Finally, two nail techs come over to do our nails. My nail tech was terrible. He didn't cut my nails properly and they were shaped funny. I really wish I had the nail tech from my previous visit. Otherwise, the massage chairs felt great and my mother-in-law loved the hot stones. (My nail tech burned me with the hot towel...)
Overall, two out of three experiences were pretty good. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area, so I might check those out to compare.
