  • This experience was awful! I called and asked what times they had available days in advance and the man said come at 6:30! I did as I was instructed, and was greeted with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees were angry that we showed up at 6:30 because they close at seven. The woman who did my nails ripped at my cuticles and scrubbed my feet ridiculously hard. I was in a ridiculous amount of pain and the woman wasn't even nice to me. I tried talking to her and she would completely ignore me. I asked to wait for my friend to finish and she said I want to go home so can you just pay me. I couldn't believe it. Don't waste your time.
