  • I had an awesome customer service experience here this weekend with Bon (sorry if I spelled it wrong) He was extremely personable and friendly. It was nice seeing someone as enthusiastic as myself about Vaping for once :) He built my Mutation RDA and took the time to explain what he was doing. We made small talk and he also helped multiple customers with ease. There was no long wait or chaos like other stores. Even when other customers needed help, he was efficient in the time he spent with each one without making anyone feel rushed. I go to other shops in town but it can be a headache waiting endlessly for help even when they are not too busy, because they refuse to multi task. I will definitely come back to Break Time. Another bonus was how the sample flavor tanks are actually real tanks with sub ohm coils. One of my biggest peeves going Juice shopping is not getting an accurate idea of what you are tasting and buying. This was the first time I seen a shop use real vape tanks at 40 watts. I purchased the pink Mutation X V4, Fluffy & Punch juice. Very happy with my purchases.
