I don't know where to begin.... they are horrible good luck getting a supervisor to call you back that never happens! The serviceman did damage to my home I sent in photos it has been 6 months still no call back no one has fixed the damage was suppose to get a refund on my service fee that never happened. The tech said I needed a new AC unit argued for weeks over it during the summer months while I had no air. They sent 3 incompetent men to fix all 3 said nothing was wrong WE paid for our own opinion never was remebursed for that showed the 4 tech the problem before it was fixed. Still no follow through from the warranty. Then I have a flooding problem tell them the problem the come out say that can't fix it send me a bill. I argued the point STILL no supervisor has called me back. Great way to conduct business. You haven't rectified the first situation and here we are with a second. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and this is how they treat their clients! Well I am done I have moved on. For all you out there looking for a warranty company please look elsewhere.... this company does not care about you.....just your money!!!! Since posting this review One Guard has reached out to me to make amends with all the mishaps that went wrong with my home which I do appreciate. I have been issued a full refund on both accounts and that I want to say thank you.
