  • I contacted numerous places for estimates, as our pool had a green tint to it from algae. I also knew we needed our filter washed. Let me just say there are a LOT of fly-by-night pool people in Phoenix. In addition, there are some large companies that tell you things to try to sell high-priced items you may or may not need. When I contacted Rod, he spent 10 minutes answering questions. He was completely honest and upfront, and he didn't even have me as a customer. He did not badmouth any other business. (I did.) As a result, I hired him for our pool needs and have never been happier with a business. Our pool looks normal again, and we did not have to purchase a new pump or new grids. Let's face it. We are all busy. I appreciate that Rod doesn't play games. He is honest. No B.S. He tells you what is going on with your pool and what he is doing to fix it. He does not try to talk you into spending extra money on pool supplies or an add-on service you do not need. I would highly recommend this company.
