Do not trust their warranty or sales people! I have bought a leather sectional and recliner from them and both had issues with the leather wearing VERY quickly. First off, when I bought the recliner the lady did not have it available in store and said we could pick it up at the warehouse apparently she wrote down the wrong number cuz they wanted to give me some god-awful pink thing which was not what I originally purchased. So then the guy goes in the back and gets what he thought was the leather recliner we originally purchased at the store and it was not. It was some plastic feeling fake leather. My husband was so frustrated after being at the wear house for 3 hrs that he did not notice it was the wrong recliner. When I got home from work I immediately knew it was the wrong recliner and I called the sales people at ashleys and they basically told me I was stuck with it because I took it from their facility. Needless to say I was very upset but had no way to resolve the issue. Then the head rest area began cracking in less then 6 months and it took me threatening them with my attorney to get them to fix it despite the "warranty" I had purchased beyond the 1yr manufacturer warranty. Then we get to the sectional, the leather began to peel and discolor and yet again they refused to fix it. But they did offer to prorate my warranty and refund me some of the warranty cost......a warping 13$! The recliner was thrown in the trash within 18mo of purchase and the sectional is less then 5 yrs old but looks like it is 100yrs old. Lesson learned, I will NEVER AGAIN purchase anything from the company. Buyer beware.
