  • For a big name hotel, I'll average it at 3 stars. 1 Star for the name itself, another star for the experience, and the third star for my house cleaning services. Would I stay here again? Nope. Their service in general is only subpar for such a popular hotel. The reason for the two star knock offs are for their service and $$. I stayed here for my bachelorette party. First, the resort fees are high and a mysterious restaurant bill was tacked on which will have to be disputed. No one ordered room service nor did the card holder use the card to pay for their restaurant meals. Second, darn me for forgetting my white jacket in the white sheets after checking out. We left our luggage in the front as we took the rest of our last day to dine and sight see. I realized upon leaving that I forgot the jacket and called immediately to report it. The response was not very attentive so it was questionable if he even cared. Hours later when we got back, no one looked into it and I had to re-report it to a new person who then checked it and stated it would be hours before I could get an update on it. Wow...and then I thought fine, I won't get all hoity toity about it. So I had to go through the process of the hotel getting back to me on shipment and handling since I would not be there hours later as I would be catching my flight back. Well they charged an arm and a leg for a jacket that gets shipped for $6.99 on retail sites. So you know what my rant is about... WHO IS TAKING THESE CALLS AND CHECKING?! Apparently, no one. I'm sure they started panicking when they realized I arrived back at the hotel and no one had looked into it at all. Geez...forget the jacket, how about the horrible service?! Third, if you're lucky, you'll receive a good keeper for house cleaning services. Apparently, the other half of my group had a guy who didn't clean or replace toilet paper and towels. On the other side of the room, we had a lady who kept our place neat and tidy. It's a hit or miss. You could have a good time depending what you're there for and what you care about. I wouldn't go back though because I would have to deal with shoddy services again. Yes...someone is twirling in my white Banana Republic jacket.
