  • They are lucky for one. Called for appt. I asked for 230 and they said 2pm. At 225 I walked out and they said just one more minute too many times. Finally looked as the tech was just doing the first coat of color to another customer!!!! I understand being behind but DONT LIE Ps their response was pathetic. So I have to be early but you're allowed to be late?? NEVER GO THERE. Check out QNails across street next to Trader Joe's. I called them after 25 min and they got me in ASAP with QUALITY. I wish I went there first. Absolutely 111% satisfied by Q.
