  • The service was very underhanded and disingenuous. We reserved an economy car on the Internet, when we confirm reservations at the Phoenix Skyhabor Airport, the sales person was insistent on upgrades even though we stated we were not interested. To add further insult, because we filled-up more than 10 miles from the airport and we were charged $9.29 for a gallon of gas, in-spite of the fact that the gas gage registered FULL! Extremely unhappy
