  • HORRIBLE! RUN! Go ANYWHERE else, just don't buy here. We put down a small amount of money just to secure the pricing we negotiated. We finally got into our new house, so we paid the balance (PAID IN FULL) so we could get our new dining room set on order. We were told it would be 7-10 days & they would call us to set up delivery. Having lost track of the dates, I called on day 8, but was told its 7-10 BUSINESS days. So, I waited & then called last Friday. Debbie said the person who normally checks on that stuff isn't in, but she would ask her to call me on Monday. No call. So, since I STILL hadn't heard anything, I called yesterday (Thursday) & spoke to Josephine. She was really nice & apologetic. I got the impression she didn't know she was supposed to call me. She said she would call me back, but didn't. I called again this morning, got Debbie, pointed out that it is now day 10 & she said it should be in sometime next week. When I asked how I go about getting what I paid for, she responded with "well, that's just the process". UNSAT! So, my husband called, he got Josephine, who was nice & apologetic to him as well. But, we STILL won't know anything until next week since the shipment shows it's en route. Other complaints: 1. Their phones are terrible. So much interference that you can't even have a conversation. I had to call 4 times just to pay for the set! You wouldn't think you would have so much trouble trying to GIVE THEM MONEY!! Get that fixed! Geez. 2. I work on a military installation & one of our young troops went in there, was bullied into doing a credit app, was treated like crap & then when he said he'd think about it, the sales guy threw his ID back to him & asked "then why the hell did you even come in here?". Ummm...you will not treat our military members that way & get away with it. By the way, when we went back in there, I spoke with the manager & he said Scott (the sales guy who pulled that crap) no longer works there. Not sure I believe him. he looked like a snake oil salesman to me. Bottom line: We haven't waited as long as others according to these reviews, but I'm still not at all pleased with our experience. Will NOT shop here again. There's way too much competition in this town to put up with this nonsense. And just think, we gave them money & we are still treated like crap. SMH
