  • I purchased a $300 wig from this store and was utterly disappointed in the product. The wig started to matt up and become tangled and unmanageable after only 12 days of wear. I only wear my wigs outside and on photo shoots. I was extremely embarrassed on the set of my last shoot as the wig I bought was just a hot, hot mess. I deeply regret spending so much money on the hair as it was not satisfactory. I've been wearing weaves/wigs for 7 years and I've honestly only experienced a scenario like this one other time. I will never go back to this store and I highly suggest just doing research and purchasing online. Overall the clerk has little to no knowledge about hair products, and seemed more interested in chatting with her friend then helping paying customers. She had no knowledge of the wigs, and couldn't even tell me anything about the wig I had purchased besides the brand and texture. But based on the good reviews I took a chance, and now I'm paying for it. I have a $300 wig just sitting in a tangled, matted mess on my mannequin head uncertain about what to do with it.
