  • PSC is a small, dive-y cheesesteak shop at the corner of 5th Avenue and North Scottsdale Road in Old Town. I stopped by for lunch and ordered a cheesesteak 'wiz wit' -- frizzled beef, grilled onions and Cheez Whiz. It wasn't bad, just A-OK. If your partying in Old Town, it's probably a convenient option for a fourth meal.
