  • I just got Alien Isolation for Xmas. I went to this game stop to trade it in and the said I can't since its not open. No problem, so I asked if I could just open it to make it used. The manager said no. I then asked him if I went home, played it, then came back. He again said no then proceeded to say I would have to go to another gamestop or come back tomorrow because the store cameras saw that it wasn't a used game. This is so unprofessional. I bring my business to this place, were they are already ripping you off, and they just say "we won't accept that game untill tomorrow." Screw this Game stop and their managment. Went to another game stop and told them what happened. And the representative at the new Gamestop stated that a lot of people have trouble with this location and to stay away
