  • I went into Macy's this weekend.. I went to help my aunt look for a girdle or spanx for a wedding, and was directed to go downstairs. I went to a register where there were two girls and asked if they could help me. I told them what I was looking for. They just stared at me and one said they weren't sure if they had any. I told them that I was told to go downstairs, when another girl that worked there, came up with a rack of clothes and started gossiping about another girl that worked there. The two girls both turned their attention to the third girl and completely ignored me. I just walked away. I never shop at Macy's and will never Shop at Least at the one in Arrowhead.. Poor customer service.. Very disappointing.. I found them at a completely different store!
