when it comes to the pharmacy, i've been coming here for years and never had any problems when i just needed to request a refill, pick it up, & go. but i've been submitting new prescriptions lately that i would love to get help with -- and sadly, you will not find that here... there has been more than one instance where more than one tech has used a condescending tone whenever they ask me if i have any questions & when i do ask them something, they answer as if they just want me to leave and don't like their job at all, it's unfortunate how it gives off the impression that they are okay with being rude to customers just because they know they can probably just take their business elsewhere. not a good way to treat customers at all!
