UPDATE: September 2017
A few things have gone wrong with my car and I have only owned it for a year. My AC is going out. I think they sold me a lemon.
Thanks David but I'm pretty sure that poor customer service and bate and switch is exactly the type of experience and customer service your clients have come to expect. I won't be back.
Beware:::
I filed bankruptcy and tried to get pre-approved over the phone. Earnhardt claims to be the only one in town who can get car loans after bankruptcy. They made me get a co-signer but then a few days later said I didn't need a co-signer. So they ran my mom's credit for no reason! I was sent to speak to Cody. He seemed very nice. But he only had one car available for me to buy because apparently there are only a few vehicles available for bankruptcy clients. Since I didn't want the car he offered he told me to come back in a few weeks. When I called him he wouldn't speak to me. He referred me to another dealer in Avondale (rodeo Kia?) So I drove all the way out there and this rude jerk told me he only had on car for me to buy. I tell him "you claim to be the bankruptcy experts but you only have one car for me?!" So he sent me to Earnhardt Hyundai Avondale and the guy there was nice but like all car guys he spent a lot of time running me around in circles. I finally did get a car there but will never go back to Earnhardt ever again. They just give the run around until they break you down and agree to their terms.
