  • Apartments and neighborhood are really nice. Office is a nightmare... If possible, avoid working with Becca. She's sweet but messes up everything she touches. I've been subletting for 3 months (so not living there), and I'm still getting emails to pay rent. While there, she messed up our monthly payment amount (was higher than we agreed on), and she blamed the mishap on us. She also forgot to give us our $100 gift card for signing within 24 hours of viewing the apartment, then told us we didn't earn one when we asked for it. Eventually we got it... took a bit of arguing. About 2 weeks later, she showed up at our door to give us our card that we had already received. I was like, "uh, you gave us this a couple weeks ago," and she said, "I did, didn't I?" The list goes on... I am in complete disbelief / shock this many things could go wrong with a simple 12-month lease.
