I called this morning because my 2013 Ford Fiesta was shuddering and shaking horribly. The lady told me to bring it in so they could check on it. I took it in in April 2015 for an oil change and mentioned this issue back then, to which they said it was the car getting used to my driving style. I said okay fine but after last night the car was dangerous to drive! It wouldn't accelerate or brake properly.
When I got there this morning the lady Rosi said they wouldn't be able to look at it until Tuesday. I told her okay fine but can you keep it and give me a loan car until then because the car is not safe to drive. She said she couldn't because I only had regular warranty, not extended warranty... I go talk to the manager Rick who couldn't possibly care less. I told him about the lawsuits against ford online for this particular issue and how there were 3 recalls for the transmission, which was the likely issue for my car. All he was interested in doing was arguing about how his specific dealership didn't have any lawsuits. They were completely rude and did not care about the safety of the car.
It's funny because I then came to Berge Ford, which was the complete opposite of Chapman ford. After explaining the issue but before looking at the car, a service gentleman said no problem we'll get this taken care of and the rental car is on us. Just drive the 20 minutes to Berge Ford! The service and turnaround time will be so worth it.
