  • Hands down the most unreliable company with the worst customer service I have seen. I asked my contractor to order a vinyl laminate flooring from ProSource. First of all, it took a month for them to deliver. This is much longer than any company I've ordered from but whatever. Then the flooring didn't show up when it was supposed to. When I finally got it, four boxes were the wrong color. I had an installer on the job who had to leave that day. Then they had to locate the flooring. The overnighted two boxes...again wrong! I had an installer scheduled that day as well. Then supposedly it was to arrive on a truck. When that day came I was told the items didn't "make the truck." Now my whole remodel has been delayed over a week! They don't care at all. I'm now waiting two more days for the flooring to supposedly arrive. I have company coming in town & will now be getting a hotel for them because the remodel isn't done. I've wasted the time of my contractors. I will never do business with this company again. They should have corrected this mistake a week ago! Unbelievable that they think it's ok to treat people this way. I was going to buy flooring for my entire home from them. They lost my business.
