John, the owner of Di Bella "recalls speaking to me via that shop" and "don't recall anyone being disconnected but do recall my concern was some [sort of fraud]. FALSE.
This place is a joke. I clearly stated that LEAH picked up and hung up on me because we communicating on a conference call, but didn't want to help clear up the confusion. John was definitely not the person I spoke with and it was the manager, Michelle -- who I left a message for and didn't return my call.
Despite if this place thinks something else happened.. the fact of the matter is, the customer service was not there at all during this time of loss or no attempts to iron out the confusion or an apology that I left a message for Michelle twice and no one returned my call. I would not use this place!! Go somewhere else and spend the extra dollar for better customer service!
