This place is a far cry from what it used to be 20 years ago. The casino floor, cocktail waitresses, decor, food and accommodations have all taken a big hit.
We got a King Suite from a Groupon offer. If it weren't for that the room would have been grossly overpriced. If there wasn't the 'Resort Fee' tagged on it actually would have been a good deal and warranted a higher rating. The furniture was run down and TV was in the most awkward position. Housekeeping was adequate, asked for extra towels but never got them.
The best thing I can say was that room service was spot on. I got exactly what I asked for in a timely Manor. The only thing missing, which even the front desk couldn't provide, was a itemized receipt of the room service charges.
