I'm perplexed at the "cooking" style of this place. They use cold rice in their bowls and burritos (white rice in a container at room temp, brown rice in the fridge). Yet I see over 200 review with average rating of 4 stars. Could it be that people actually prefer cold rice? Every other poke bowl place I've been to serves rice hot from the rice cooker. I highly doubt cold rice is how it's done in Hawaii. Looks like a couple months ago quality was on par but recently, management has been slacking and food quality is gone. Chef Karu - do you know that cold rice is being served in your restaurant???
