rev:text	First off let me start by saying we LOVE Dr. Ivie as well as the majority of all the doctors and nurses that are at this location. This review is strictly for one person! The girl that schedules your next appointment. (not 100% sure but her name might be Cecilia or something like that) (she has longer black hair, on the younger side and seems to be some sort of latina) (I will work on getting her name next time )After you are done with your appointment, you walk into this little cubby of an office that is a little darker where she sits behind a desk. (that is almost all that fits in her cubby) SHE IS SO RUDE. A little background, I am the type of person who is very polite, i say please that thank you constantly and I am a very friendly person. every time we go in there she is the absolute worse. We asked for a list or pediatricians and she rolled her eyes at us and said "i guess I can print you out one, even though you probably already got one " WHO SAYS THAT????? It is so easy for her to hit print on her computer. Another time she scheduled our next visit. handed us the appt card without looking at us and then looked back at her computer to type. After about a minute she looked at us and said "did you need something else" (in a very annoyed tone ) We didn't know we were all set to go, she didnt say anything along the line of "okay we will see you next time, you are all set, thank you" she just gave us the card and continued to stare at her computer. HOW WERE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WE WERE DONE ??????? the whole interaction with her every time is terrible. she makes our visits there uncomfortable. Thinking about switching doctors all together because we can't stand her.
