| - Had somewhat of a bad experience here. Bought two ceiling fans, and the clerk who was checking us out was brand new, and made a huge mistake. What bothers me is that the management was pretty much like "tough Sh*t" when it came to making up for her mistake. So anyway, bought the 2 fans, had to be special ordered, would be there in 2 days. Went to pick up the fans the day they arrived, and one had accidentally been SHIPPED to my home! I had an electrical contractor coming the next day, so I had to buy a third cieling fan, and then drive back and return the one shipped to my house when it arrived. What a pain! No discounts (I asked), no compensation for my time and travel, no nothing but a rude "There's nothing I/we can do." Product was pretty good, got it on sale, and customer service rep (Melodie) was great, but management sucks and I won't be back.
