  • I had one of the worst experiences here. I never try to complain but the service overall was just bad. I told them I was interested in the Kia Soul and told them my price range. This salesman showed me already sold cars and said "oh yeah oops that ones sold" well I could've told him that it was parked in an 'already sold' lot. He then drove me to cars that were just traded in and still had crumbs on the seat. He brought back a list of ones I could afford. I asked which one were these he said "the black one" well sir you took me to five black cars. Then the event manager came over to "help" and we told him our concerns and he told us he would talk to the general manager to see what he could do... he never came back. This place ruined my car shopping experience I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Also the place is very outdated and is not very nice at all. Was extremely dirty. Not nice at all.
