  • THIS PLACE PROVIDES A ROOF OVER YOUR HEAD-- NOTHING MORE. I suggest for everyone to read the low-starred reviews that aren't recommended as well as they ones that are because all of them are very true and speak for all of us tenants. I'm currently staying at these apartments and I wish to get out of here so badly. When my boyfriend and I first moved here, they had a fridge provided for us that I learned days later was ROACH infested! There was also dead roaches and bugs under the stove! When I spoke to a neighbor, they explained they weren't happy that they had the same problems; we all do. It may look good, especially the prices at first, but you will have nothing but issues here. The management doesn't care about your living situations and are so disrespectful. There are so many problems with the water. Today, there is sewer gas filling the apartment due to other apartment drains being clogged and they were supposed to have someone come right away. Nobody has showed up still and every time maintenance comes here (weekly) they disrespect our home by walking in with their dirty shoes and outfit on and leave behind a large mess of mud, grass, filthy water, etc. There is always something going on in these apartments.
