  • Located inside the Aria casino. I love that the place is open late. We were debating whether to sit down and order a whole pizza or to just grab a quick slice from the counter. We opted for just a slice each from the counter (options there are more limited than if you were to sit down and order a whole pie). The pizza smelled delicious and I was hungrily waiting for it to come out of the reheating oven. I ordered the Gotham which consist of mozzarella cheese, grana padano and meats (sausage, salami and of course, pepperoni). The slice is pretty decent sized and thin in height but there was more than enough toppings for it. Unfortunately, it was sooo oily, too oily. I folded my slice to take a bite and quickly, drops of meat oil dripped down. I get it, it's the toppings fault for all that oiliness but that didn't make me want to get another one of those slices. I would maybe go back but for a different kind of slice.. like the truffle potato one or the forager. Fast, easy and affordable late night pizza is always a o k in my book.
