  • I brought my car in for a easy schedule maintenance (oil change ONLY). Since there is no appointments for oil change, I was there right when they open. I was greeted by Jesus who did the normal walk around inspection. After 45 minutes the vehicle was done. Now, this is where the problem begins.... I've noticed that the Multi-point inspection sheet, every thing was done EXCEPT brake conditions. When I ask Jesus, he said "oh...we'll take care of it", and they drove off again with my truck. They thought I had gone back to the waiting area. Little they know, I WATCHED WHERE THE VEHICLE WENT! They took it and parked it by the car wash! So I asked Jesus, how can you justify that you've done the brakes inspection. He said his guys did it there in "that" spot! After catching him in A LIE, he changed his story to say "oh...we don't inspect the brakes". If he can LIE about the brakes inspection then he can LIE about the actual oil change it self. Now here's the kicker...I'm a Disabled Veteran. Tho I walk with a cane, I pride myself on wearing my disabled veterans hat and my truck reflects that also through stickers. While walking to go to the truck and leave, Jesus followed me out. Thinking this is protocol. NO! He just wanted to let me know that "my head is messed up, and probably from the war"!!!! ARE YOU F_CKING KIDDING ME!!! I did an about face, found his boss (Brian Hinkley) and told what this @$$HOLE said to me! I am now currently waiting for a call from Bob Plakinger (Brian's Boss) before reporting this incident to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Better Business Bureau, Channel 13 news, my Congresswoman Dina Titus and who ever else!!! Because FREEDOM IS NOT FREE...I PAID FOR IT!
