  • if i could do zero stars i would. this lady "kimberly" was such a rude lady from the second we stepped foot into her joke of an office. she was not professional and seemed in a hurry the whole time. she didnt like being asked questions, nor did she like to answer them! she was rude to my mom and what pissed me off the most was she was rude to my kids!
